Brittany Kaplan, Esq.

Brittany Kaplan is a founding Partner at Kaplan Law Group, where she specializes in personal injury and workers’ compensation law. She brings a unique perspective and deep insight to her practice, having worked directly in the medical field prior to attending law school. This specialized clinical background allows her to understand the complex realities of injury and rehabilitation, ensuring her clients receive unmatched advocacy. A dedicated and empathetic advocate, Brittany strives to represent every client with the same care, honesty, and fierce determination she would show her own family members.

Her legal career began at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, where she graduated early in December 2014. During law school, she gained vital hands-on experience as a personal injury law clerk. Following graduation, she secured a prestigious Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Jerry A. Wiese II. During this time, she co-authored Chapter 24, “Jury Trials,” for the Nevada Civil Law Practice Manual.

Prior to co-founding Kaplan Law Group in December 2021, Brittany spent years as an associate at a top personal injury firm, successfully representing thousands of injured clients. She is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, is licensed to practice in all Nevada State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and has been repeatedly recognized by Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite and by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
